We will discuss the latest applications of C-Trap technology in the fields of DNA/RNA-protein interactions, genome organization, protein folding/unfolding, biomolecular condensates, and cell mechanics (cytoskeletal dynamics, molecular motors, endocytosis etc.). We will demonstrate how the technological advances in hybrid single-molecule methods can be turned into easy-to-use and robust assays advancing many research areas.
